Julio Naudin is a full-time artist. Originally from Mexico, Naudin has lived in Louisiana since 2001, and now calls Baton Rouge home.

He painted his way through college at University of Texas El Paso in addition to being a graphic artist for the El Paso Times and The El Paso Herald Post Advertising Department. Upon his graduation, he joined corporate America and for 34 years, worked in newspaper publishing and media marketing.

He frequently draws on his Mexican heritage, including his childhood in El Paso, Texas, for inspiration, as well as other places he's lived and worked, including Northern Nevada, Washington, D.C. and Louisiana. His work includes portraits, landscapes, and impressionist still lifes in variety of media including oil paint, collage and other mixed media. In addition to his home studio, he is also an Founding Artist in Residence with the Arts Council of Baton Rouge. Participates in various art show throughout the region, and accepts commissions.
